Feelings coming back

Why? Why does this have to happen? I thought i was doing really well with being postive now everythings coming back when i've tried so hard to change and be happy. It always comes back, who am i kidding? Depression sucks. Depression kills mee, literally. Good thing it's gettin colder out, i can wear long sleeves... :/ really thought i was done with all of thiss Feel like crryin...

Hi Kelly.

Im newer to this forum, So please bare with me. I am also 16, and have lost several friends due to suicide. 1 with a gun, 1 overdose of sleeping pills, and 1 by cutting herself. All of my friends blammed themselves for the past, they found no way to cope, and they found no where to go. I too have been where you are, thinking about suicide. I was saved. Saved by two things.

1, my friends. My friends are the kind that dont like the touchy feeley type things. But when they heard, they came and they gave me a hug, and they told me how much they loved me. For once in my life I felt important.

2, My family. I never got along with my mom or dad. But my brother and sister which are older than me love me. They expressed it and they rescued me from tons of situations.

All this accured 3 years back by the way.

Im not telling you all this to try to stop you from doing what you want to. You are a human, and you have the choice and the right. Im just saying that everyone has someone that loves them. You proabably arent thinking clearly and think everyone hates you. But I know as a fact someone loves you - and you would be hurting others too.

Pain is temporary, quitting if forever.

Life is what you make it - plain and simple. Be a teen, go out, have fun, party, love, and get your heart broken, but love again. Be happy, just live to the fullest. Its easier said than done but I know you want the pain to stop, and to be happy. Than lets make a toast! TO CHANGE!
