a simple cut -

i feel like with everything thats happened over the past two years, i cant even cry anymore, i cant talk, i cant write, i have nothing else to do except hold everything inside so what else can i do except just...want to make a little cut? a simple cut will help, i convince myself it will, then i want to make another, and another, and another. then i think how its all going downhill and i just want to make the final one that will end it all. i want the sweet relief that comes with letting it all go, no responsibilities, no one to take care of, no anything....

Hi there;
I understand how you're feeling. Sometimes once you've had so many negative emotions, you can do nothing but block them out. Have you sought professional help? Seems like there's some kind of problem going on that you need help with. Holding things in is never a good solution to anything. You have to let them out and confront them before you'll ever be able to feel better. Find your outlet! I hope things get better!! "Everyone says that love hurts, but that's not true. i have seen some kind of professional help, i saw a phychiatrist for a couple months and hated it. then i saw a therapists at school for two years and had to stop talking to him when i moved schools. he was the only person i could talk to so i dont know what to do now.

im tlking to the new therapists they assigned me at school but i just dont like him as much. i dont find it as easy to tell him stuff
