Really?????! seriously how could you. You say all of this stuff about how much you care but you lie! people who say they love you are supposed to love you. way to go after another girl. fml. I seriously Love you. I am one to not let my gaurd down. I let you in. You know everything. How could you do this? It is so hard not to say something. I hate this. I hate this feeling. I am completly empty. You have taken my heart as I have stupidly given it to you. I just can't even process thought. I seriously want to die. I am so broken. I just can't even Idk. ughghghghgh. I want to cut sooooo bad right now! fml times a 1000. I would love to disapear now.

Hey; I'm so sorry that this happened to you. Have you tried using the blog feature to write this kind of stuff out? It seems like that would help you out a lot. Try to release all of your feelings into a blog entry sometime, alright? Things always get better!

Faiths suggestion might be beneficial to you. Try using the blogs are to rant out how you're feeling and to express your emotions. Sometimes us expressing ourselves can take off some of the pressure which can sometimes help us ease the urges of us wanting to self harm. You can also take a look at this thread of alternatives. When we're in that moment and feeling overwhelmed and wanting to hurt ourselves, sometimes we just need to distract ourselves and focus our minds on something other than how we're feeling and the urges we're having. Not everything will help you so it is all about trial and error, don't stop trying things when you come across something which doesn't help you.

Also, don't be alone. Get support if you feel you need it and reach out for help. You're worth more than self harm and at the end of the day, in reality, you self harming isn't going to make it all go away. You're worth more than it so keep fighting the urges. You can beat this and get through to the other side.
