my old friend depression seems to have returned.

i was over it or i thought i was until i came home from school for winter break. i've drifted away from all my old high school friends, so i really have nobody here to preoccupy my time, so of course thoughts have been attacking me. i thought i was over the whole "depression" thing but i'm starting to think i was just so busy at school and never had much time to think. but now since i'm home, i've been having that time and i feel like complete crap. i miss cutting. i should be over that by now, it's been almost a year since i last did but it's so tempting to do it now. i guess at school if i get upset i ususally just drink away the pain, i realize that's not good but it's whatever and it doesn't happen to often so i feel like it doesn't really pose a problem. ugh. i just, i don't know what to do. i feel like i'm going crazy. i obviously haven't been able to see my counselor for the past three weeks because i'm at home and not school.
