Alone

I moved to a new place a year ago. i had tons of friends where i used to live. i moved to the mountains in california. There is hardly anyone here my age (im 16). i started at the highschool but left because of bad grades and went into independent study (sophomore year). i came back in the beginning of junior year but i was having horrible anxiety and panic attacks that would make me sick so i left again. now it is the middle of the year and i want to try again. i hate being alone all the time and having no friends. i've been thinking about suicide for months. im just so lonely.

Hey Rebekah,

I'm sorry that you feel this way. You're never alone though. I know trying to adjust to a new place can take time to fit in and find the right group of friends but you will in time. I understand how panic and anxiety attacks can effect your life so much. Don't give up though you can and will get through this.
