hi, ive tried everything..counseling, keeping a journal for my feelings, etc. this is my last attempt at finding something to help. ive been depressed for three and a half years. was thinking about committing suicide last weekend but waited and here i am now, just looking for someone to talk to. thats it. thanks

I know how you feel, I know how scary it is. I really hope you find the help you need here. Already people are reaching out to help you, don't give up. I'm told not to give up everyday, and I think "why shouldn't I? why am I still going?". I can't give you a straight answer, but what I can tell you is that there is someone on here that will help you save yourself.
