I just wanted to say how brave I think anybody battling with the though of suicide or self harm are. I really respect you guys and wish you the best <3

I'd like to take a minute to say the same.
To everyobody reading this who is currently down/depressed, it does get better. I'm 100% certain. I've been through it. In fact, I'm so sure, that I'll shoulder each and every one of your burdens if you don't. Prommise. It might take time (for me it took 6ish months), but it will happen. Don't give up hope, the end is in sight! Stay strong. <3 |

Honestly I'm surprised that anyone has the capability to get through this, because of how hard it is on someone. I've been there. I struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts for five years straight, and I'd like to tell anyone who is facing the same things that just by being alive right now you are stronger than you think.
From someone who's been through all of it, I promise you it will get better. Hang in there. <3 |
