Depression can indeed have physical symptoms. The first thing I would consider doing is consulting a physician. It may be scary to actually tell someone in real life how you feel, but it is one of the great steps you can make to recovery and to tend the pain you are feeling.
"The very existence of flamethrowers proves that sometime, somewhere, someone said to themselves, 'You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I’m just not close enough to get the job done.'"
"Here’s a bumper sticker I’d like to see: 'We are the proud parents of a child whose self-esteem is sufficient that he doesn’t need us promoting his minor scholastic achievements on the back of our car.'" -George Carlin |

I had the similar problems your having about 4 years ago for about 2 years. Then it stopped and my depression took it's course down a different way. I went to a doctor she had told me It was anxiety, that I'm having anxiety attacks, I would get really horrible headaches and stomach pains. Nothing happened. But telling a doctor is a good way to getting the help you need. Try some counseling. It's not that scary going to counseling, maybe at first but it really helps.
I can tell you this try to make an appointment with a doctor and explain all your symptoms your having and most importantly explain your depression, if they don't know then how are they going to best help you? I wish you all the best, take little steps forward. |

I'm seeing a psychologist but I dont wanna say the physical pains like stomach stuff cuz I don't want her to put me on meds.

I think your best bet would just tell her how you really feel. There may be a way where she won't have to put you on meds but it is better to get this solved before it gets anyworse.
