List of Happniess! -

Hey everyone
I just got this idea from a forum thread, but lets try start a list of things that make us happy! We can see this list build up and when ever we get depressed or suicidal we can always look at this List. I'll add 5 1. Having such a strong support system with Teen Help 2. Being able to enjoy complete freedom while others may not 3. Having great friends (virtual/actual) 4. How we have so much potential to be successful 5. No matter what we do, the entire TH staff is behind our backs for support. Enjoy?

Here's my list- 1. Chocolates 2.Novels 3. Music 4. Movies especially Bollywood movies! 5. Helping someone Thats all I can think of atm, I'll add more later I think

-The kids I work with.
-My amazing support system. -Vanilla lattes. -Feel good movies. -Music. -Having the ability to let it all out in my music. -Being able to come to a judgment free place like TH. I'll post more when I think of them. This is an awesome idea!
