Idk what's wrong -

I've hit rock bottom right now I feel. I feel like I'm a nuisance to everyone, that I really dont help that much if at all. I feel some are only my friends "just to make me happy" and that once I get to a certain stability they'll leave or if I get too low they'll leave. I can't take it anymore. The stress of everything is too much. The SH/suicidal thoughts are becoming more and more. I feel like I'm gonna break soon and Idk where to turn. Sure I have people that I can turn too but they're not always there, what if I snap when no1's around for me..that scares me
 Idk what to do I really don't...help!
