Feeling defeated. Don't want to live anymore.

For 10 years i've been telling myself that all this struggling would mean things can only get better but they haven't. If anything it's gotten worse. I want to die. The only time when i feel at peace is when i think of killing myself. I don't want to but it feels like the only way out. Please help.

I know how you feel thinking that this is the only answer, but it isn't. There's so many reasons to keep living. You just have to find the 1 thing that you wanna live for.

But that's really not a solution. Bad times don't last. And who knows about the future, anyway? Most probably, your future will be great! As Amber said, just find the reason(s) to live. There are many of them, I'm sure! Stay strong and take care!
