Why does depression always win?
This is just a question i am thinking outloud. But is there anyone else who thinks that depression always wins, even if they should be happy? |

hey there. I've felt like this before and i can relate to the fact that it doesn't feel very nice. But depression isn't winning you. You're still here and you're still fighting. Depression never has to win either. It can only ever win if you let it. Don't let it. Keep on fighting this and don't stop until you get out of it because you can get out of it. Talk to people when you need them and don't be alone. You can win this battle. Jessie
