Can't get rid of this

This time last year I attempted suicide. This summer had some rough spots as well but for the most part got better, especially once i went of anti-depressants (was made to go on them after my attempt). This past week the depression has gone from barely there every now and then to never stopping. I don't know what to do, I'm so frustrated and tired of this. It has go downhill so quickly and I don't know how to stop it. Please anyone I don't know if it's seasonal as its worst in winter or what it is but this is the same time of year and the same symptoms. I just want to be happy and not ruin friendships/relationships. So tired of ruining things because I'm depressed. And I really really don't want to go back on anti-depressants.

Did anything traumatic or deeply upsetting happen the year before the depression started?

Hello there,
Have you thought about talking to someone? Someone you trust. It will help.
I am sorry you are hurting so much right now. I know you said you don't want to go back on anti-depressants, but they might help you. If you really don't want to take them, maybe go to therapy or a counsellor. Have you ever been to one?

I was picked on a lot the year it started and and raped within two years after. Not okay but didn't deal with it for two more years. Finally started to deal and stuff.

Also yes I've been seeing someone and she hasnt been helping, stopped asking how I was and suck and just went with long awkward silences. Gonna stop seeing her this week since she's not actually helping but she's not the first person I've seen.

You should def. switch therapists. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right one. I know you will someday, just keep looking.
