Help, I feel so...worthless. -

hey everyone,
this is the first time ive ever been on here, but ive been really struggling and dont know what else to do. Yesturday, I did something stupid, and when i told my friend about it, instead of comforting me, he made me feel so bad about myself...I just keep crying and cant concentrate. I live on my own, so I dont have anyone to talk to or hug me. I just have no one. Its killing me knowing that no ones here to help me stay safe, i literally feel helpless. Like i just dont matter to anyone. Please can someone talk to me? |

I'm sorry to hear that your friend treated you like that. Your friend doesn't sound like a very good friend. I understand that it feels like there is no where you can turn to for help. Posting on here is a good step in the right direction though. There are many people on this site that are here to support you. It shows how strong you are that you noticed that you needed support, and found it.
