I want to give up

My friends at school already lost faith in me. My parents are getting a divorce, and I have to be forced to tell people that I want to live with my dad. I'm always upset in school because I have no friends to talk to. I'm bullied every day at school and the people that are close to me don't seem to care. I just don't want to do this anymore. I come home depressed.Every time I take a step forward to my future, life ends up worse. People say life gets better, but it doesn't happen like that for everybody.

Have you told someone? Thats the first thing you gotta do. It may be scary, but you have to. If you don't, nothings gonna change. You can't wait for change, you gotta make it happen.

I agree with Julia, you have to make a change before you can start getting better. And life does get better, if you try and make it better. Try talking to somebody about how you feel: a teacher or the school counselor? They can be really helpful! I know what you're going through is rough, but you can and will beat this! Don't give up! <3 Don't give up. I know life can suck (not the only life hater here!) But... I don't know what to say. I can say, people who bully are just worse off because they feel the need to hurt others to make themselves better.

Thanks. Yes, I have told people. I was getting help, but my parents won't let me get it anymore because they say I'm making everything worse. I've gotten so much help the counselors don't even know what to tell me anymore.

Have you tried replacing the positive thoughts with the negative? I find that is something you HAVE to do, even if you don't feel like it or believe it at the time. The more you speak good things over yourself, the more you believe it and the more your attitude and outlook on life get's better!

I'm sorry your parents won't allow you to get help anymore, that's really sucky. Have you tried to talk to them about it recently...tell them how you think it would really help you. I'm sure some counselors will be able to help you, but you have to remember that they aren't the cure, the cure is within yourself, they can help guide you but you have to be willing to put in the work to create a better life for yourself!

If you aren't allowed to go back and get help at all, maybe talk to a school counselor? They are skilled in being able to help some of these sorts of problems.

Yes i've tried that. Happy songs don't make me happy anymore. I just don't like to think positive when everything is going wrong. Then that just makes me feel bad about myself.

Did you feel like counceling helped you? If you think it did, I think you should try to convince your parents to put you back into it.

Yeah I did like it, I try talking to m parents, but they don't seem to listen.

Okay, what I would do is sit them both down in the living room at some point and talk to both of them about the whole thing. Make it so they kinda have to listen to you.
