Hi there.

I'm really sorry that things are rough for you right now. It sounds like a lot of things are getting you down and making you feel this way.

Arguments are horrible but it is normal (to an extent). When there are arguments going on could you do something do you don't get involved and so it keeps you calm and so you don't get stressed over it? Whether that's getting a lush bubble bath, calling a friend or even going for a walk to get away from the yelling. I know how horrible it can be to be stuck in arguments and its often best to walk away from them to make yourself feel better and to keep calm.

I don't know what these arguments are bout or why school isn't really any better for you. But if you want to talk more about that here then you're more than welcome to do so. We're here to listen and support you as much as we can. You're not alone in this and people care and want to help you, us being one of them. So don't be afraid to open up. We'll do our best to help you through this.

Look after yourself.
