Happiness At Loss. - March 14th 2012, 12:39 AM

I'd like to start by saying that I'm new (per say), and I'm not exactly very knowledged on the community , I hope you guys are nice. :T

I haven't recalled a time where I've felt completely happy in a very long time. I just can't surmount enough positiveness to lift up my spirits.I feel like I'm lacking the ability to create happiness of my own. I don't know what it is, but it's really starting to get me down. I'm constantly sad, angry, or annoyed. When I'm actually happy, it's only momentarily and then something makes me sad. It's like, with everything going on in my head, i can't help but to think of the negative things rather than the positive things. In the end, my pessimism outweigh my successes, and I'm reaching my peak.
I just want to be happy, and I feel as if that's too much to ask... Is it?

I know what you mean, i really do. No, it's not too much to ask at all, have you considered any sort of help like maybe counselling etc.? Its going to take a long time to become happy but by getting help you'll start to notice that those happy moments will become more regular and last for longer each time
