whata type of dog would be good for someone who has allergies? my mom wants a small or medium size dog, one thats not hard to pick up. does anyone have any ideas?

West Highland terrier
 They don't cast their fur, you need to give them a hair cut, which is good for people with allergies, as its less likely to aggrevate them. x |

I love the little Andrex Puppies (Dont know the breed), but they are so nice and cuddly

I really love my hypo-allergenic dog! I have a bichon frise- schnauzer cross. I hear cocka poos are great too, and I have a friend who absolutely loves his poodle.
Really, any kind of poodle or poodle cross is a good way to go.  The great artists of our time are the ones who created something timeless. But it was never them defining it that way. Everyone has a story. What's yours? |

As has been said something with poodle in it is good.
I think a Labradoodle is supposed to be the best for people with allergies I have an allergy to dogs and I have Basset Hounds both loveable and cute they don't aggravate my allergies at all as far as I'm aware. ║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║▌║
