I will admit ... It's upseting ...
There I was outside the pub ... and some idiot ran over a cat ... And drove off main road and what do I do? Run out infront of the cars and get the cat ... someone stopped and gave me a towel to wrap it up in ... so we rang the local vet who swung round and told us to call the local animal shelter ... so we did they told us to call RSPCA ... by which point the cat had got up and ran away (giving a very good chase) and so there is a lost, scared, hurt cat out there ... about half a mile (not even really) away from home ... do you recon it will be OK? What else can I do? Iam gonna put a leaflet in the pub (apartently the cat lives in the block next to it) Fuck I hate the animal wealfare in this country!! So much for that idea ...

I know this is a late reply but the cat might be okay; my friend had a cat that got ran over and ran off but came back home a few days later and was fine. I mean it had to get some surgeries and what not but in the end it was okay.
