Well yeah. I've known alot of cats do this - the birds they bring in are always still alive and i'm left running around the house chasing after a crazed bird.
It's worse when it's a mouse...those things are impossible to catch and I feel sorry for them because they're so small that they're always hurt in some way by my cat's big mush. =[ Idk, maybe they think it's a nicer gift if it's fun to play with? Lol. ![]() H a p p i n e s s. |

my cat Maggie has brought in tons of stuff, alive and dead. she brought us a little snake once, it was still alive. we put it in a bug carrier, i put some stuff around and on top of it so the cats wouldn't knock it over, but my mom, who never thinks, kept taking the stuff down. i went to bed and she put it down while i was asleep and as i had thought, the cats knocked it over. the snake was loose in our house for 3 days. we finally found him, the cats had cornered him by the back door, he was banging against the glass trying to get out. it was funny. she's also brought dead mice, worms, dead baby birds, etc. both ways is just natural for a cat.
also, cats don't bring these back as 'gifts', cats bring them because it is their territory. it's like when you buy something, you bring it home because it's your home. so your cat isn't really giving you these. they're a little more selfish than that. |

Hehe...uhmm no your cat isn't too dumb to kill the bird its just idk their way of extending the presnt? It happened to me a couple of times with my outdoor cat and it sucked but you get used to it and usually it doesn't happen too often. Haha it could be worse I mean she could have idk eaten your shoe
![]() Cats are a little bizarre but you get used to them after awhile and they are pretty amazing animals. Good luck. There could never be amore beautiful you
Don't buy the lies, disguisesandhoops they make you jump through You were made tofill a purposethat only you could do So there could never be amore beautiful you -Johnny Diaz Everyday is so wonderful And suddenly it's hard to breathe Now and then I get insecure From all the pain, I feel so ashamed I am beautiful no matter what they say Words can't bring me down I am beautiful in every single way Yes, words can't bring me down, oh no So don't you bring me down today To all your friends you're delirious So consumed in all your doom Tryin' hard to fill the emptiness, the piece is gone Left the puzzle undone, ain't that the way it is? 'Cause you are beautiful no matter what they say Words can't bring you down, oh no You are beautiful in every single way Yes, words can't bring you down, oh no So don't you bring me down today -Christina Aguilera |
