 ( i know im being quite the spammer tonight, sorry im alone with nothing to do : )American PitBull terrier, or American Staffordshire Terrier? I have a 10 month old am staff who is just the joy of my life! the breed gets a really bad rap and i was wondering if anyone else is a fanatic and a supporter =  =

too many people just think that "pitbulls" (meaning all bully breeds catagorized like this by the media) are just vicious dogs! and it really breaks my heart, Where we just moved to we have to have him muzzled in public just because of his breed : ( it's very heartbreaking. I just think these dogs deserve some credit : )

i have 2...used to have 3
they're my babies...and then we used to also breed them but because of an ordeal with my neighbors we don't have our male anymore Macy (adult girl) http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/c...20Pets/007.jpg Asia(macy's daughter) she is a year old now but i don't have anymore pictures

My uncle has a Pitt named Lady and she is the sweetest thing ever. I think the breed is labeled as vicious and evil because they are super protective and will fight to the death in order to do what their master says. Then you have people that have exploited that and just breed the viciousness into them. Treated well they are the best pets.

OH MY GOD THOSE PUPPIES ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE. I squealed
 I like pit bulls. Their faces are ugly but cute  I find it sad that some breeds get such a bad rep. It's more about how you raise them, not about the breed. My parents wouldn't let me get a German shepherd puppy because they thought that it would be dangerous.

I've always wanted a pit bull terrier just to show that they can be great dogs.
I hate how everyone thinks they are "evil" dogs or "Aggressive by nature". They aren't bad dogs unless they are bred to be aggressive or fight. It's all of the owners fault and breeders fault if the dog is aggressive. It's obvious the dog hasn't been socialized or trained properly. And all of the people who train the breed to fight have given the dogs a bad reputation. I hate it. But I love American Staffs and Pits. My uncle has a pit and she is soo adorable! He saved her life so she is very loyal to him. There's not a drip of evil in that dog. |

I think pitbulls are so pretty! I love their heads =).
Rottweilers have always been my favorite breed - followed closely by Cane Corso Mastiffs =D. I did want one of the above, and I had planned on adopting one when I move out next year - but then I discovered the phenomena that is the miniature pot-bellied pig..... skydiversinreverse  |
