my betta's (siamese fighters) laid eggs!!

yayyyy!!!.
i'm so happy.
basicaly i breed, well try to breed betta splendens (aka siamese fighters) i done it in the past and had only one sucesful spawn. i put a new pair in the tank on friday and they spawned with hundreds of eggs on sunday! i took the mum out and the fry hatched last night,there are hundreds! i will take the dad out as soon as they become free swimming (else he will eat them! ) i've read up a lot on breeding them and i just hope i'm succesful at raising the fry!.
the little baby fish are soooo cute! i've tried to attach some pictures of them,not sure if it's worked though . the first picture is of the daddy (brooko) tending to his bubble nest, and the 2nd picture you can clearly see the tiny tiny little babies. the 3rd picture is a little burred but it's of brooko and the female angel hope the pics uploaded ok

Wow good luck with the fry. Would love to breed but dont have money and time and defo not space at the moment, maybe sometime in 2010 though
