Aw, cute ^_^. I've always wanted one. It's unusual for them to be aggressive though, isn't it? Normally they tend to be quite chilled unless they're pregnant or caring for their young.
Also, shine a blacklight on it, it'll glow green. No, seriously, I'm not winding you up, it will, It's something all scorpions can do, if they get UVA shone on them. Also, give him a few days to settle in, he'll probably calm down abit. What are you keeping him in? Also, what does it eat? ![]() "My one desire is for peace -- peace for everyone" |

I bought him a nice big clear plastic 'box' home, nice and big 'coz he seems to like running about, and he has a hidey hole and water bowl.
He eats, crickets, mealworm and occasionally small pinky mice. He's not really aggressive, just doesnt like being picked up, I dont think he was handled much in the shop... Hes being handled with gloves atm anyway... that stinger of his well, stings. And im just about to show off his UV skills to my Mr. |

Hehe. Post pics!
.Sounds awesome though. Also, maybe get some coco fibre substrate if you don't already, they love burrowing in it. And also, from what I hear, it's the claws you have to be worried about, the sting is just a pinprick and very very mild venom, about as strong as a bee sting, so unless you're allergic, it's fine really. The claws however, I'm told, can snap a pencil in two >.> Anyways, tangents aside, post pics! ![]() ![]() "My one desire is for peace -- peace for everyone" |
