Fish Lovers <3

I've noticed there isn't much about fish on here, so I figured I'd start a thread. I absolutely adore having fish, even though I haven't had any in about a year. I've had goldfish, shubunkins, and bettas/siamese fighting fish. Anyone have some lovely fish stories they'd like to share?

My one betta, Servacio, I actually rescued from the pet store. He was in dirty, rank, gross water. He barely moved and his scales were sooo pale. I brought him home, put him in clean water, in a fresh brand new tank, and gave him special betta medicine until he was swimming around again and had gorgeous sky blue and silver scales

i love fish but i only love betta's now to be honest. other fish annoy me lol. i have bred betta's. fish are actualy harder to look after then most people think.

I have a calico fantail. Matador.
2 regular goldfish. Chivo and maraca.
And I had a black moor, but he died. His name was Clinton.

i used to have two goldfish called bob and marley.. but they died.

i really want to get two more though soon.

Ive had quite a lot of fish but at the moment Ive only got two goldfish... sugar and puffs

I really like fish a lot and no one really understands but its nice to hear some other people that do

I used to have two goldfish called Cosmo and Wanda (yes, after the fairys from Fairly Odd Parents) they both died last year

I want another goldfish but my parents don't want me to. I also had a black moor when I was younger, he didn't live very long for some reason :/

I won him at a fair, everyone elses died and mine lived for 3 years!

I can remember when he died.. I was very upset

I Have three fishes, One used to be my sisters but I keep it :P His name is Chips :P
And I'm fish watching until easter for my baby nephew, we bought two gold fish and he wants them to be called Bob and Wendy Off Bob the builder lmao.

Lol it's been 3 years since we've had fish. They were...interesting and sort of fun to watch. Not to mention they made the living room feel like home. But they weren't so much fun to take care of.

At least it didn't look like fun- my Mom always took care of them. Idk what kinds of fish we had- we had a lot of fish over the years. But we did have Beta's once. I had a pretty red one and my Mom had a blue one and then had a pink one with blue fins. I wouldn't mind having another beta, but no other fish.
