Do you think he's gone for good? :( -
April 17th 2010, 05:15 PM
My cat used to be back and for home all the time. He loved going out but he loved being home too. He hasn't been home for four days ._____. Apparently someone here has been poisoning cats with anti-freeze ._____. I'm scared that has happened. I'm also scared a dog may have attacked him :/ I'm also worried because he probably hasn't eaten if he is okay
![]() I was never exactly close to him as he used to bite/scratch me I'm not really a cat person. I just miss him and it's making my mum upset :/ she loves him. I had to try and tell her he may come back yesterday as she was crying, I just don't think he will. I swear if I find out someone did poison him I will phone the RSPCA and probably do something I'd regret >____< ![]() Buddy & Videos Officer |

Im really really really sorry.
It must hurt you and your mum that your cat is missing. Have you thought about putting up leaflets, or posting leaflets saying that your cat is smissing. I really hope you find your cat, because Id be distraught if I lost mine. Prayers are with you and your cat. HelpLink Mentor & Forum Moderator PM me! ![]() Our lives are like music. Hey There, I'm sorry you've lost your cat
I hope he comes back home. In the mean time, I don't know whether you've heard of this site -http://www.catlost.org.uk/ - but it is a great resource. It has losts of info on what to do if you have lost your cat, and even has an advertisment service. Make sure you put posters up, and advertise in local RSCPA and rescue centres I do really hope he comes back for you, the unknowing is horrible I know. Take Care xx I'm still alive.
Must have been a miracle It's been one hell of a ride Destination still unkown It's a fact of life: If you make one wrong move with a gun to your head You better walk the line or you'll be left for dead. I'm a runaway train on a broken track I'm the ticker on the bomb that you can't turn back Thats right. I got away with it all and I'm still alive. Let the end of the world come tumbling down. I'll be the last man standing on the ground As long as hot blood runs through my veins I'm still alive. |

Unfortunatly you just dont know with cats... one of mine once dissapeared for 3 months, then came home... but theres no way of knowing.
I'm so sorry your kittys gone wondering, and I hope he comes home... why not ring the rspca and see if they've picked any cats matching his discription up? |

my cat went missing a few years ago, never came back, but he was a fighter, more machine then cat, our back garden was a rodent cemetery, so he's probably killing for himself and eating fine. your cat sounds like a fighter too, so that could be the case, cats do just move on sometimes and dont come back, but sometimes they do. i wouldn't worry too much. =]

Aw.
That must be horrible for you guys.I remember a few years ago, we used to have an old cat called Casper. He went wandering in the bush, and we thought he'd gone off to die. We were devastated, naturally. We talked to neighbours and put up signs and looked everywhere. Then, about a week after he went missing, he just turned up on the doorstep in the middle of the night. He had burs in his fur, and seemed kind of scared, but other than that he was fine. Cats are surprisingly sturdy creatures, and it's entirely possibly yours will come back. I hope, for your sake and your mum's, that he does come back - but, like you said, it's also possibly he won't, unfortunately. Still, there's always a chance. |
