Did you know that dogs can get Cancer? Well... mine has Cancer.
How am I supposed to make him comfortable? He isn't even acting like himself anymore.

Yes, I knew dogs could get cancer. I am sorry your dog has cancer. What do you mean he is not acting like himself? I would take him to the vet and asks the vet about helping him feel better and what you can do to improve his life.
