What is your dream pet? -

As the title suggests, what pet would you love to have? Maybe you can actually have it, and maybe you can't. It's always good to dream though.
 Me? I'm simple. I just want a kitteh.

A reticulated python, a gargoyle gecko or two, a blue tongued skink, a mexican black kingsnake, a boa constrictor, a spotted python, a western hognose snake, a brazilian rainbow boa, an ornate horned frog, 5-6 fire bellied toads, an axolotl, a black and white tegu, a pair of chinese water dragons, a uromastyx, a tokay gecko...

Real: A horse. :P I've been riding for years, but it won't happen until I have the money to get one myself. Others: a chinchilla (trying to convince my mum about that one right now...), a snake, or a rat.
Fantasy: a white tiger, unicorn, hippogriff, or dragon. 
Who are you to tell me that I'm less than what I should be?

It might sound strange because I'm actually terrified of them but I really want a dog. Like I said I'm scared of dogs but I don't want to be. I really like the idea of being able to take a dog out for a walk and just to play with one.
I even heard your mamma wanted some of this...

Realistically speaking, I currently have my eye on a Cocker Spaniel. We're awaiting a phone interview and home safety check so that we can have a two week trial with her to see if she fits into our family and is suited into my lifestyle. So I s'pose that would mean my dream pet, currently and realistically, is a dog.
 Used to be a pair of rats, but now I have three. Speaking as far as what I'd love but can't have, a specific breed of dog (the Border Collie) or a Fennec Fox, but foxes aren't for everyone and I honestly don't think I or any of my neighbours could ever put up with the screaming, geeze louise. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't love owning one! A dragon might be nice, as well... Blame How to Train Your Dragon for that one!~
