Ive Recovered.Thank You. - August 5th 2012, 07:33 AM

I know I'm probably not sopposed to post this here, but I Used to post here all the time.
Im happy to inform, that after 3 years of depression,a year of it being self harm, that I have recovered.
I had two conselers, but they weren't the reason.
You see,I searched deep within myself,it was hard, but I learned,no one can give you happiness if you don't understand it. You need to have a wick,in order for the candle to be lit.
You have to put your sadness in the past, remember that child you used to be.
I randomly smile, even at the saddest times since its passed, and it's only been just over two weeks now.I don't get happy then fall into sadness,I get happy, then stay happy.

I thank everyone who helped me.
And now I'm ready to help everyone that needs me.

I know not many people are as lucky as I am for a swift recovery(with few relapses),but I still want to help.

That's awesome that you have recovered. I love threads like these. It's really inspirational seeing things like this.

From day one I talked about getting out
But not forgetting about
How all my worst fears are letting out
He said, "Why put a new address on the same old loneliness?"
When breathing just passes the time
Until we all just get old and die
