Hey hun,
Blacking out and waking up in that kind of condition is a serious thing. Your really need to tell your parents and see a doctor, it could be a intensified anxiety/stress attack or something along those lines. It hugely important that you do your best to stay calm, but you do need to figure out what is causing this. Just take it one step at a time and tell your parents or any adult that you trust, they will help you through this and if you ever need poeple to talk to or need more support we're all here for you. I'm glad that you had the courage to come on here and share whats going on, I hope you talk to someone and that you get better ASAP. Best of luck.

Hey there,

I'm really sorry you're going through this at the moment, it must be really hard. I'm not a doctor but it sounds like your disassociating with self harm as a coping mechanism, it's like if you're sitting somewhere you don't want to be and you zone out. As suggested above I would suggest talking to a doctor or therapist about it, that way they can help you and give you ideas of how to control this.
As you're not necessarily aware of the Self harm the alternatives may not not be of use, but if you do get urges that you're aware of I would suggest giving them a try. Remeber it is trial and error and therefore not all of them may work for you, but keep trying and you will find one that does.

If you ever want/need to talk, feel free to PM me
Take care
