Hiya!

I'm very sorry that you ended up relapsing, however, there is hope. The fact that you're referring to cutting as a "relapse" means that you're in recovery. That's an awesome step and it's something to be proud of. It's okay to relapse. A lot of people do and that just means that you're human and it's okay Try to think next time about what triggers you and write those triggers down. I also suggest taking a look at the Alternatives Sticky at the top of the Self-harm forum. If I am online the next time you are triggered, feel free to send me a message anytime. One more thing, you're not a failure. You may have lost a few battles, but you're not going to lose this war <3.

Naia, its okay.
I've been there, and everyone goes through it. Take two steps ahead, and one step back, a lot of people use that qoute.
I do not condone self harm, or promote it. I have been there, I do self harm, so I know its normal to relapse when trying to recovery, it happens to lots of people.

Keep trying, keep taking those steps ahead. It will get better, just night right away.
I believe in you
~Kayla
