I'm sorry you ended up self-harming again. In the event you need someone again, you can message a staff member or me, and I'd be happy to talk if I'm online. As for your relapse, do you know what triggered you? It helps to identify triggers to avoid them if possible and learn how to deal with it in the moment. You've been doing good lately not self-harming, we're proud of you. Are you gonna keep trying? Because you can do it! Relapses happen, they're a part of recovery and they help us learn how to deal with things better little by little. Take it one step at a time. Stay strong.

I totally agree with what Serena said, but I'd also like to link you to this. It's a list of hotlines, and one of the topics that is mentioned there is self harm, so if you ever get the urge to self harm, this is something you can check out. I'm really sorry that we didn't get to you on time, but this is another option you have instead of self harming.
