It is so great that you were able to talk to someone about your self harm! I bet your parents will be a great support system. I can tell that they care about you a lot and they are people you definitely can go to when you need someone.

So will the therapist! Make sure that you are honest with your therapist about what is going on, because the more honest you are about the self harm and everything else that is going on in your life, the better the therapist will be able to help you out.

I bet it feels great having this out in the open so you can get help.

This is great to hear! You should be really proud of yourself for reaching out . It takes a lot of bravery to do that .

As Dez said, you now have a great support system for when you need help! She also talked about being honest and I completely agree . It might be hard sometimes, but remember that your therapist and parents are here to help you.

I'm really happy for you! This is a big step to take and it's really inspiring to hear about it .

Find your light in a new dawn.

That's so great to hear! Can I say that you're really brave for opening up like this? You've just made a huge step towards recovery and you should be proud of yourself. Having some support in your life should help a lot! I wish you the best of luck!
