Hey Lan!
I know how are u feeling and one person here gave me good advice.
When you try to cut yourself imagine person who you love the most and how they would react. They would cry and cry because they will think that you are cutting because of them.
And u need to tell somebody you will be happier believe me.

I'm sorry you're struggling with this. It's not an easy thing to go through, and it's hard to stop (but not impossible). There are some helpful resources on TH, like this http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/f12-s...ves-self-harm/ list of alternatives. There's a lot of good ones there, and don't get discouraged if one doesn't work -- try a bunch. You can also try distracting yourself with activities or hobbies you like, like excersising, painting, reading, listening to music, or anything else you can think of. Staying around other people can be helpful too.

If you want help from someone, you could consider telling a parent, close friend, sibling, school counselor, or teacher what's going on (Keep in mind that if you tell a teacher or guidance counselor, they'll have to tell your parents). Having someone who knows about what you're going through can be extremely helpful, because they can talk to you and be there for you when you need it. Telling someone can be hard and scary, but it can definitely be worth it if whoever you tell is kind and understanding. It's great that you're finding help here, too. I'm sure anyone you message will be willing to help -- we're all here for you.

Good luck, and shoot me a message if you need anything or want to talk,

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. I think it's important to remember that a blade is just an object. While it may make you feel good, it's only a temporary good. Find things that can give you the same high/feeling as the blade, but in a positive manner. There are many alternatives to self harm listed here: http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/f12-s...ves-self-harm/ . Also you can always talk to one us whenever you feel the need to self harm. It won't be easy but you can and will get through this okay? Just remember to put the blade down and pick up something positive. If you ever need to talk my PMs or VMs are always open okay? stay strong
