Today marks one week... - July 8th 2015, 09:35 AM

I know 7 days isn't exactly the most stellar record, but after 3 months of constant cuts and countless scars on my body I'm at least slightly proud. Because even if it isn't completely gone, it will hopefully be less frequent. Here's to hoping for 2 weeks

Seven days is amazing. You should be damn proud of yourself. You deserve to be! I know it can be hard to beat the urges so its important to recognize when you are doing well and beating them. Remember we're here if you need us too! Well done!

One week shows there's a chance, that there's hope for 2 weeks and even more. Everyone who started going self harm free started with day 1. You did a whole day 7 times in a row, that's pretty impressive if you ask me. Every day you are faced with a choice and you should be proud of yourself for your accomplishment. Hoping you reach your two week goal :3

Hey there,

This is definitely something to be proud of yourself for! Maybe you could think of rewards for yourself the longer you go, it could be a new item of clothing you've seen or a book you've wanted for a while or something, help to motivate yourself.

I wish you the best of luck, and congratulations on this amazing achievement.
