Self harm free

Today, at 9:00 (3 minutes ago as I'm writing) I'm officially SH free for 3 months... I know there's dedicated thread that I should be posting in but, I'm just so proud of myself. It's been a long, hard road and I'm come relatively close to relapse more times than I'd like to admit but, I feel good, better than I have in a very long time. And to everyone else who is still suffering, please... learn to love yourself, because even though I don't know you, you're amazing. You're amazing because you're here, whether it's for self help or to help others you're in a community that supports one another. Even if you can't see your individual talents, there's something that you're the best at. Don't let depression scar you for life, because nothing is worth that. You're worth more than any shitty situation, or shitty person, or shitty job, or shitty parents, or shitty anything! Let yourself be happy... Anyways, that's it. Just wanted to, IDK, post... something :)

I'm so proud of you for making it 3 months!

I know it can be hard to go that long without self harm but you did it! That's an amazing accomplishment. Thank you for this post though. I'm sure it will encourage a lot of people to stay strong.

Stay strong! I hope everything goes well for you. :)
