I scratched the crap out of my arm Thursday night. I don't mean just a little scratch either. I marked how long and how wide I wanted it then scratched in between those lines. Anyways now it is a scab and I just want to pick it off and watch the blood drip down. I am probably going to end up doing it right before my shower and before I go to my moms for the night.

Hi Frankie,

Have you tried using any of the self harm alternatives? I personally feel that using an elastic band helps me the most. I also know that you're a really good drawer, so why don't you try and take your anger out on drawing? You could also try wearing long sleeved shirts/sweaters to try and help stop you from doing it. Try and keep your hands busy to.

Another suggestion is maybe get some stickers and put them on a piece of paper, and try to scratch at them? Try and get them off the page. This might help distract you as well.

Stay Strong,
Brittany

Thank you Brittany. I ended up picking but I'm trying really hard not to from now on.
