Hey there,

A lot of this depends on where the scars are. If you have scars that are near your wrists you could wear sweat bands, bracelets or an ace bandage. These would cover up a fair bit of your wrist and maybe a bit of your arms. If you have scars all over your arm the only suggestions I have are that you invest in some armwarmers or you wear a very light weight (layering shirt) underneath your PE clothes. I used to wear the long sleeved layering shirts because they were so thin. It was still uncomfortable to wear during the summer which is why I, eventually, turned to wearing arm warmers.

If you have the scars on your legs I am not certain what the best method to hide them is as I only ever wear jeans and back when I was in PE I used to wear sweats. It was uncomfortable but it's all I could think of.

Best regards.
