Hey Maryann,

I am sorry that you are going through all of this at the moment. It seems like you have an awful lot to deal with at the moment. You say you are starting to cut bad again, which suggests to me that there has been a time where you haven't been self harming as badly. You have to be ready to stop and it is only a choice you can make. You might have lots of slip ups a long the way but these are part of recovery. You will learn from these mistakes and they will only make you a stronger person. You should keep trying because you will get there in the end. It might take time but you really can stop. Don't let these slip ups get you down because it is how you move on after them that matters.

Whether you go to this residential place is up to you. 9 months is a long time but if you get better surely it will be worth it. Sometimes you have to take a bit of short term pain for a bit of long term gain. If you did get better and were able to be happy then I think it would definitely be worth it. It might be something to think about.

You can give up. If you ever need anything then I am more than happy to listen. Stay strong
