waiting is over - October 1st 2009, 12:57 AM

so my counslor finally called me down today. That was so stressful, but it's such a relief because he told me he wouldn't tell my parents unless I do it again. It was kind of weird he was almost indirectly threatening me with things that would happen if he found out I cut again including what would happen to him if I cut really bad one time and my parents found out her knew. It also seemed like he had some misconceptions, he expects me to pretty much stop over night. He said that if I come back in a couple of months and tell him I have cut myself he would tell my parents. He doesn't understand that each time I give into one of the urges it gets easier to go longer and the cuts don't go as deep. He's really trying to understand something he doesn't know much about. Also he kept making cutting motions with his hand while we were talking and kept touching his wrist. I'm thinking dude your a counslor you should know that could make some people urgy.
Yeah so he's going to talk to me again in a couple of weeks.

its good he is at least TRYING to help. but he is right, you really shouldnt cut to begin with. its a healtheier life style and your parents will be very upset if they find out. try not to give in to the urges, there are healthier ways to relieve stress and anger or sadness. my PM box is ALWAYS OPEN if you need to talk about anything. good luck!
all my love,
Cherry
