Im failing english....my boyfriends NOT helping the stress at home and i have no idea what to do anymore. its been a month since the last time I used any form of SI and right now the urge is killing me. you can find me most of the time in the chat rooms...thats where i hide when things are too bad...my grandma is gonna beat the living hell out of me tomorrow and i just wish that i could disappear...
 message me if you have any advice..

I'm sorry to hear things are tough for you. *hugs* Do you want to talk more about what's bothering you? By the way, the fact that you're posting here is a good sign. It means you want to SI (as in, you have urges), but you also know you shouldn't. Which means you're willing to keep fighting. Some distractions might help to keep the urge at bay. Hey there Evelyn,
It sounds like things are quite stressful for you right now and it's not suprising that you're wanting to find a form of relaxation or release. Self harm, however, is not a safe form of coping and you do not deserve to have to hurt yourself, you do not deserve any pain, Evelyn. Have you checked out the alternatices sticky? It may be a good idea to check out some of those alternative, safe methods of coping. As for the issues with your boyfriend and grandma, it would really be best if you talk to them about how you're feeling and how things are affecting you right now - hopefully they will be understanding and offer a listening ear. Take care of yourself. |
