today its officially been 5 months self harm free. i've had sooo much go down this year, im completely suprised i have done it. i've grown so much. I hope if you're reading this and you feel like you have the urge to self harm, you step back and really look at it. you dont need it i promise. i did it for 5 years. i didn't think i could do it at all when people said things like this.. i just felt i should post this. i hope you all have a good day. PM me is you need it :] i'm an open ear. i dont judge.
