Last night i really had to fight the urge to SH, it was so bad that i fell asleep after hours of crying.

Just try to relax and realize the good or funny things that have happened in the past. I don't know whats going on so I can't give you great advice but is there any way you can solve the problem thats troubling you?

Writing everything in a journal really helps. I know it makes me able to forget a lot of whats going on in my life.

Don't give in, I don't know what's upsetting you exactly so I doubt I'm much help, but maybe talking to a friend or relaxing or trying to find something you enjoy doing to take your mind off things might help?
Really sorry you feel like that, and you aren't hopeless, try to believe in yourself and stay positive and you can get through it. If you ever need someone to talk to feel free to pm too

Hey there,

You can do it, you can beat these urges. I know you can, just have faith in yourself.
Try to find something to do weather that is read, write, go for a run, call a friend, anything to get your mind off the urges. I know its hard but it is possible. I promise.
Good luck!

If you need anything feel free to P. M. me

Take care of yourself,
Trish

Lea,

I promise you are not hopeless. Try to stay positive. Tell yourself that you are not hopeless, you are stronger than the urges. You can do it.

Do you know what is triggering these urges? What is going on in life right now that you feel self harm is the only option? If you can figure that out and then work on the issue the urges might not be as strong.

Also, you cried yourself to sleep last night and as much as that sucks it is better than self harm. If you have to keep crying yourself to sleep in order to beat the urges do it. I know that might sound weird but crying is better than harming yourself. You do not deserve to hurt yourself in that way.

Do you have anyone you can talk to about all of this? If so I encourage you to talk to them. Let them into your struggles. You don't have to do this alone.

Lastly, I encourage you to use the Alternatives to Self Harm I know that sometimes it doesn't feel as if they work but with time your body might start to feel better using them. Thinking about it rationally, it took us quite some time to get addicted to self harm so of course it is going to take time and effort to get 'addicted' to more positive things.

Please hang in there and if you need anything feel free to pm me.

Jenna

There could never be amore beautiful you
Don't buy the lies, disguisesandhoops they make you jump through
You were made tofill a purposethat only you could do
So there could never be amore beautiful you
-Johnny Diaz

Everyday
is so wonderful
And suddenly it's hard to breathe
Now and then I get insecure
From all the pain, I feel so ashamed

I am beautiful no matter what they say
Words can't bring me down
I am beautiful in every single way
Yes, words can't bring me down, oh no
So don't you bring me down today

To all your friends you're delirious
So consumed in all your doom
Tryin' hard to fill the emptiness, the piece is gone
Left the puzzle undone, ain't that the way it is?

'Cause you are beautiful no matter what they say
Words can't bring you down, oh no
You are beautiful in every single way
Yes, words can't bring you down, oh no
So don't you bring me down today
