Wow Sammie, you have done so well! Six months is an amazing achievement and you should be so proud of yourself right now

I'm sorry to hear your friend is struggling, but it is good that you feel able to help her fight against her problems right now.

Keep strong and take care,

Vicki

Hey Sammie (:
I love seeing posts like this because it just proves there's a reason we go through everything... we come out on top and then we can help people in the same position as we were, and help pull them through to. You're such a strong person for making it out of whatever it was you were facing, and I really admire your strength. Keep it up! xx

I'm happy for you this is amazing, and before you know it you'll have spent a whole year free. I'm glad you posted and let us know about your news; it's really helpful to hear success stories for something you're going through. Sounds like you're really happy right now and while I'm sorry about your friends' troubles I'm sure your experience will be a great comfort to her/him and you should be proud of yourself for this. Congratulations!!

6 months SH free is something to be proud of, because it is a long time and it seems you've come such a long way with this.

It's lovely to hear that your helping others through their tough times and I hope they would do the same for you. Friends are there for one another, right? Your strength for getting through all you have is admirable. I hope your feeling proud of your efforts and how far you've come. I think your going to go from strength to strength with beating SH.

Stay strong and take care.
