Foundation for covering up scars - November 14th 2010, 07:20 PM

I have some very noticeable scars on my ankles. Normally it isn't a problem, but I like to dress up and wear heels/nice sandals every now and then. Will foundation and powder cover it up? I'm worried that it'll rub off during the day and someone will notice. The only other solution I can think of is to wear stockings, boots, or just dress up at all. Which is a shame, because I miss being able to wear that stuff. :/

Consealer might work better than just foundation. Put all three on and see how it goes. Maybe keep checking on it and putting more on if it rubs away. But I don't think many people will be looking at your ankles, so try not to worry.

I totally agree with Tayla, they won't really be looking, but if ur worried I would say play it safe with boots, or maybe tights will obscure them enough?
