When you first try to quit, you do always think about it. The best thing to do is to get yourself involved with something, and keep yourself busy. Join a club at school, or something of the sort. Avoid thinking about it, because it will often trigger you,

I think that is normal when you are first quitting. :\ I still think about it a lot.

It's not wrong it's to be expected.
It will feel like it's all you think about when it's some thing that has been such an important part of your life. Some times it can be hard when you are left alone with your thoughts.
When you find your mind straying try to refocus, concentrate on the work given, a conversation with your friends or distract your self with some thing like the news
13 days is pretty damn awesome keep it up.
