Hey Lou. I'm sorry to hear that you slipped. Everyone slips though. It will get worse, before it gets better. The urges never really stop. I'm at almost 6 months without SH, and I still get urges. But I ignore them and live life happily.
Its like this, you fall off your bike, you get back up again. Stay strong and remember how well you did during those 7 months.

Hiya Lou

Sorry to hear you had a relapse. Its not abnormal, people have relapses all the time. What you must remember though...do not punish yourself. Dont think about what you have done in a bad way, use it a kind of...an incentive...you know....be proud. You went 7 months without SH, it will be difficult, but its possible to do again.

Take good care of yourself

Hi Lou

Sorry to hear about your relapseYou don't need to worry; relapsing is perfectly normal. All you need to do is think of the possitive (the 7 months you hadn't SHed) and use it to help youand as away to move forward.

Hope this helped you.

Hey Lou, Im sorrry to here that you slipped, but its nothing to be asahmed about. Everyone slips up a few times, its a not an easy thing to stop in fact it avery diffcult thing to stop and it wont happen over night. You said you did 7 months without it, thats brillant! I wish i had your power to stop for that long. And stopping for that long shows that you are strong and that it can be done again! Have you thought about speaking about this to anyone like a teacher you trust? a friend? or a family member. Having help always makes things a little easier
