Hey there.

That's wonderful! I know how hard it can be to talk about things like this, to admit that you need help and even to ask for it, and it shows a great amount of courage for you to be able to do so.

This is definitely a big first step, and I believe that as long as you keep heading in the right direction, you can overcome your struggles with self harm, and be a stronger person for it.

Good luck with your recovery, and know we're always here if you need.
Take care.

I'm sure it was difficult to open up to your friend, but I am so glad that you did. That is a huge step towards recovery. Keep persevering. You will make it through and break your addiction. Good luck!

Take care,

It's good that you could confide in your friend about your self-harm, and even better that he is supporting you in getting better. I 100% believe that you can do it!

I know what a releif it is to tell one of your good friends. It felt great when I told my best friend. So good job. Hopefully this will help you get better. Good luck.
