hi

sorry im not sure if this is right place but dunno where to put
i get so angry all time and when ever any1 trys to help me or just get close as a friend i freek and push them away or lash out and hurt them.
i dont mean to i just cant help it i get so angry.

like one time the staff at the home i live in saw me upset and came to talk to me see if was ok i lashed out and punched her in the face.

afterwoods i always feel so bad and evil but idk what to do or how to do or how to control it


i have a guardian angel watching over me she tells me what to do when i have no clue

This is in the self injure section so does this cause you to want to self harm? Do you have any idea why it is you get so angry?

mainly myself
by cutting or burning

I'm sorry things are rough for you at the moment, I understand where you are coming from, as i get really angry as well. Try counting to ten in your head, or if you feel yourself getting annoyed just walk away and let yourself calm down. As for the SH, what alternatives have you tried? You could try things such as reading or writing - things that will distract you and the urges will pass.

well self harm is definatley not a good solution for anger. i know how it is, sometimes i get in fights with my family and it makes me really angry and causes me to self harm. There are other ways to deal with anger and other alternatives to self harm, you just have to find the ones that work for you.

Can you tell when you're about to become angry? If it's something that happens gradually instead of unexpectedly I would suggest trying to focus on something else other then your anger. Think of something you enjoy doing or even do something you enjoy. Think of something that makes you laugh and laugh out loud? There are a lot of ways to deal with anger including just walking away. Remove yourself from the situation so that you don't hurt anyone, including yourself.

Heyy there.
I'm sorry to hear that anger is such a problem for you. if you feel yourself getting worked up, try taking a few deep breaths and reasure yourself that you're stronger than the anger inside you. remember it is a part of you, therefore you can control how you repond to it.
if people are causing the anger, try telling them calmly that you just need to be alone to relax yourself, so then you can talk about things nicely.
have you concidered anger managment? they would give you good tips on how to control the feelings you get and how to tackle them when they occur.
