Triggering: Tumblr Trigger- don't know what to do

I was on tumblr looking through one of my followers page. One of the pictures she had reblogged on it was an arm completely cut up. I am itching to cut again. I haven't cut in like 4-5 months and I really want to. My metal state has been so clouded with self doubt and lack of self worth. Funny thing is despite my emotions I never considered cutting to feel better. I thought about throwing up but I didn't. Now, I'm remembering how good it felt. I don't know what to do. I know what I shouldn't do but I'm not sure how much I care about right or wrong.

Sorry to hear you're feeling triggered at the moment. Unfortunately,you will find some triggering things that will really challenge you. What matters though, is how you deal with this situation. I'm really glad you chose not to throw up. And I think it's really great that you've gotten up to 4-5 months without cutting. It's an accomplishment you should be proud of. I know you're not totally sure you'd care if you self harmed at this moment, but you may feel differently if you do go through with it. Here's the link to the Alternatives to Self Harm thread. As a tumblr user, I know that some of the images posted could be seriously triggering but don't let it make you give in. You've been strong enough so far by going 4/5 months without it and you dealt with the situation well by not giving in there and then. Just stay strong, I'm here if you need someone to talk to. x

just b strong and u can get over it and it might b good to b careful at what pics u look at if it will make u realize stuff or give u an urge..
