What do I do? - March 8th 2011, 04:32 AM

I have tryed to stop self harming but right now I want so badly to return, the only thing thats keeping me at bay is the promise I mad to a friend. Ive read article on alternatives to cutting but they dont seem to help. If anyone has any advise it would me much appreciated.

Not all scars show, not all wounds heal Sometimes you can't always see the pain someone feels

Hey,
It is great that you have a friend that helps you, have you tried to talking to an adult you trust, perhaps a family member or a teacher? Maybe they could help you and support you. Or perhaps counselling? That can help a lot.
I know that you said that the alternatives aren't working, but keep trying, you will eventually find one that works for you.
If you ever want to talk, feel free to PM me,
Stay strong and take care,
Charli :-)
